Located in the old train station of Herve, the Espace des Saveurs et Découvertes (The House of Taste and Discovery) invites you on a virtual tour of a superb region of hedged farmlands. Come and join the table laid out for you by Jean de Herve and follow him on a tour that will lead you to the hearts of the villages to discover local produce and a surprising heritage.
